aonazm where alpha & omega apocopate a pleonasm

this monumented tripoint position is rendered so
precisely in a 1964 aozm report that it is
incomprehensible without a reference datum

the following particulars are lifted from

which was lifted from brownlie & the ibs
but curiously the datum isnt mentioned in either place


definitive tripoint is marked by a 1931 beacon
designated either as number 9 in the westward series
demarcating the namibia zambia boundary or else as
number 32 in a southeastward series demarcating the
lower angola zambia boundary

its geoposition is
s lat 17d 38m 10s600 &
e long 23d 25m 47s604
just where the tree line above the left bank of the
cuando river flood
plain crosses into the caprivi strip


but 
i am a little skeptical anyway to see 3 decimal places
of degminsec
which means the exact freakin square inch
asserted as an alpha point or any point at so early a
date as this

or shouldnt i be


but anyway 
attached is my satpic cum tripoint stretching diagram
which isnt so pretentiously exact as all that because
even when zoomed to the omega point of visibility 
which is in fact the level at which i pinpointed this
apocopated position 
the google coord registry is limited to 2 decimal
places of degminsec 
& probably already slightly spurious
or at least pleonastic with those zeroes repeated at
the end

still 
this may well be as precise a placement as can be made
on google earth
& hardly what i would qualify a guesswork on any level
but rather practically a certainty
within the limits of the data & technology
