wondering as we began armenia a couple of tripoints
ago if anyone would be amazed enough at amazge to even
utter gee
seeing as we arrived so abruptly & directly there from
arbruy & arbrpy
&
then realizing i was actually desiring some amazement
myself by the time we reached the next stop at amazire
which was the previous stop to the present one here at
amazirw
a mazey roo if ever there was one
i would pointedly say
as we bounce around armenia trying to solve & grasp
the mysteries of her tripoints
i have finally come to be amazed

& indeed
i am happy to report
utterly delightfully astonished

& let me also say in order to prepare you for the
shock too
that the 2 most striking things for me about armenia
going in
were the alphabetical scrambling of her tripoints on
the borderbase google earth grand tour
& the fact that the actual alphabetical finale
namely amgetr
is the most difficult of all the tripoints we have yet
tried to visit on this tour to even guess at very
sensibly
& so happily the best to leave for last any way you
look at it

&
coming at length to the point of my amazement

when i asked myself which arrangement would make most
sense
because i needed to decide how to proceed
whether the alphabetical
or the clockwise
or the borderbase based
or some other way
i suddenly realized the alphabetical & clockwise
arrangements are perfectly identical

yikes
isnt that lovely

& how many other countries in this world or any other
can you say that about

& if any at all
then how many others begin so punctually
at due north & dead midnight
& pause in the middle as we have
to finally bask in all this astonishment
at the equally amazing southernmost bounce on the tour
too

which is exactly where we are

azs
the southernmost point not only of nakhichevan but all
azerbaijan

as well as the southernmost neighborhood of all
armenia too

http://sunsite.berkeley.edu:8085/azerbaijan/100k/J-38-045.jpg
authoritatively shows the amaz border following a
ridge line
rather than the nearby ravine
down to the iranian border on the thalweg of the arax

this latter detail again per ibs also

& all as the attached tripoint stretching diagram
again also tries to indicate as accurately as possible

&
looking ahead
i think i can already predict it will take a master to
master amaztr

but the really big unanswered question about all
armenia
is
seeing as i am the getter & rediscoverer of the first
4 armenia topos
no problem at all
following their recent period of loss or
unavailability
& i havent been able to find the fifth yet
who will be or am the getter
of the still lost but still also very necessary soviet
topo for amgetr

but please hurry because there is only one more stop
to insert before we will necessarily be arriving there
so clueless

& i happen to know jesper is unavailable to comment or
help this week

so
all hands to the aid of amgetr now
anyhow you can
if you would
