stretcher

& here btw as with most all the african ones
for lack of better data & better mapping than encarta
i think our usually 100 meter range must be scaled
back to say anywhere within 250 meters of the outer
little red correction square
just to be on the safe & honest side

or in other words roughly a quarter of the distance to
the other little red square in this case
in the erroneous yellow tee junction
