at the dark black dashed line tee junction
in the fat blue albeit unlabeled mekong river
just below the confluence of a much thinner blue river
named nan la ho
with china being above right & laos below right &
myanmar at left

according to the ibs cnla is fixed on a watershed
divide
& lamm is delimited on the mekong thalweg
& cnmm on the mekong thalweg if navigable & the median
line if not

but the mekong has recently been made navigable by
artificial means
for oceangoing vessels all the way up to china
& this new fact probably closes out any uncertainty in
the delineation

the attached tripoint stretching diagram reflects all
the above data
