Not yet but I've experienced this: (so why not?)
My dentist was surprised that one of my teeth has done its own "root canal therapy" by simply making tooth material down the area that used to be the infected root canal:-)

Adjust diet....then Same as any other illness? Matched remedy? Seek/remove maintaining causes?
The use of a hydrofloss machine is a helpful adjunct.
