Do you eat a lot of dark green vegetables like spinach, and dandelions?
They have the high levels of Vit K needed to keep the calcium in the bones.
There's no point taking a bunch of calcium and no greens IMO. It's like wondering why the horse escaped when you left the gate open :-)
That - and of course Iodine (the mineral that dentists SHOULD be providing for tooth strength instead of fluoride poison). I use Nori fot that. The result is that despite my having a syndrome where broken backs from osteoporosis are commonplace (plus I have diabetes as an extra side effect though of course that's minor), I have no signs of osteoporosis anywhere. At 6 foot three, that says something:-)

Ouch.
Acorbic acid in high amounts is important then as well.
An electric toothbrush is good, plus a dash of bicarb once a week, and hydrofloss daily.
No toothpaste, it's full of the wrong stuff including sugar for bacteria to eat, and fluoride to poison you.
Hydrofloss is not instead of dental floss. It is a fine water jet to clean under the gums, between gums and teeth - and the device treats the water (ionizes the water maybe, I forget what exactly) to discourage bacterial growth.
> Got over the abscess, started on some stringent hygiene measures (twice daily flossing, inter-teeth application of Corsadyl which is nasty stuff,
It's chlorhexidine, a form of chlorine bactericide.
Better to use the electric toothbrush, floss and hydrofloss and if needed some calendula mouthwash.
Or a few drops of aqueous calend in the hydrofloss water - will heal tissue where corsodyl damages it.

I don't see those.....
I see these:
MOUTH - INFLAMMATION - Gums
MOUTH - INFLAMMATION - Gums - chronic
MOUTH - PYORRHEA ALVEOLARIS
TEETH - LOOSENESS of
ABDOMEN - INFLAMMATION - Intestines
GENERALS - NECROSIS - Bone
(Merc-c for example has these rubrics)

No fun that syndrome :-(
Namaste,
