beyondhom Rubric help, please: rapid onset episodes of depression

My repertory resources are limited (Kent and Boericke), so I'd appreciate some help with a more detailed rubric. The patient, a teenager who is ordinary a cheerful person, reports that he has begun experiencing sudden episodes of inexplicable depression around 1 or 2 every afternoon, with rapid onset.
