She comes from a family that owns restaurants - her dad is a chief (alumina always comes up when I rep her case & her sister's - most restaurants use aluminum pots.  I have shown this to her mother & now they only have glass cook-wear at home now.) 

Her mother is very smart, goes to a pediatrician who doesn't vaccinate & uses a homeopath.

She is informed about diet, etc.

I am going to use tub 200C.

And you are correct in that I would like to encourage growth during pre-puberty as much as possible.
