I'd not agree to try to re-invent her healthy genes no, nor would I expect homeopathy to do that. To offer to try to do that can only give encouragement to those crushing her self-esteem instead of encouraging all to accept and enjoy what IS. I would not be party to her developing a complex. I'd want to be doing the opposite.

Nutrition can ensure her growth is not abnormally stunted, but it can not make her taller than her genes are set to do. Homeopathy works to improve health - not to change a healthy state into something new (whatever some wishful thinking desperate doctor says who is no homeopath).

To me the principle is:
Use homeopathy to return an individual to optimal health.
Do not ask it to take away health and replace it with a new state, for convenience or preference.

To use an extreme but valid example:
It would be like asking homeopathy to declaw a cat.
