Additionally, it's one of the nutrient needs that specifically  
increases with "stress", mental or physiological.  I have found it  
*so* valuable to know my *own* mag deficiency picture, because  
sometimes I need to supplement lots, and other times (when health and  
circumstances are favorable) not.  (Possible sxs include muscle  
twitches, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and a sort of vertigo...  
those are the ones I remember, there may be more.)

If someone feels worse when they take calcium (or drink milk?), lack  
of magnesium may be the reason.
