So....a big juicy steak, some mixed salad and chips - yum!! And a nice cold glass of white wine. Perfect!
Haha - EEEUw, not for me:-) I'll do the big steak, prefer lamb or crayfish - but red wine and hot food, not the rabbit food:-)
We'd be challenged to find a meal we both love:-)
I forgot about chips as in Fish and chips. I was talking about crisps - deep-fried from fresh-sliced potatoes at the deli where I eat lunch:-)
I find the genotype (I'm explorer genotype) and blood type food lists helpful towards finding what works for me more quickly, and also they help as what to avoid in order not to develop sensitivities later, genotype more than blood type, and useful to use when I have not done testing on a food and want to try something without a serious reaction.
Namaste,
Irene
