Jean -- I would think to first see how much the thios. does for her,  
and let it run as far as it can.  Personally I would begin with low  
potency for that -- maybe 6c or 12, and see how far it can take her.

Before switching to thyroidinum, I would check with the case might  
have changed / clarified as result of the thios, as I would think  
usually low thyroid would be part of a larger picture, better treated  
with a broader remedy based on presenting picture.

I've used sarcodes only a few times, but in only one of those was the  
effect very significant; possibly if I had used them more skillfully,  
I could have gotten deeper results with them?  Or possibly it's just  
that a more comprehensive remedy selection gives the results I have  
been accustomed to...

Have you compared her case with the broader picture of thios?  I find  
it an intriguing remedy!
