I also read that a situation associated with rabies miasm is (something
like) "tormented by one upon whom he is dependent".  I forget whose
description that was.  Some say that the situation could only active or
exacerbate an already present miasm, but I wonder if the situation, if
intense enough, could give rise to the need for the remedy?
