This isn't the sort of information you wait for someone to *mention*, in homeopathy -- it is absolutely key.  Without it you have no case, only speculation.  

He doesn't mean to…  Well, we could speculate that it's a nervous reflex caused by brain damage from the fever -- which makes me think of one remedy; but the truth could be something entirely different.
