I'd suggest - have an in-peson (local) consult with a homeopath for yourself - even if it requires travel - as it is not  possible sometimes to be completely objective about one's own health, especially the areas that need help. You've heard the saying that "A doctor who looks after himself has a fool for a doctor". IT's becasue of the need to be objective, and one can only be subjective for own health.

It is different in animal homeopathy.  I learn more from videos, photos, xrays and especially the owner's OBJECTIVE descriptions, than I can ever learn looking at the animal, while it meets me as a stranger.
It's not like an allopathy consult that requires feeling and prodding and invasive tests etc.
(You can - and should - get those diagnostics from your vet).
The animal  owner is an essential part of any animal consult, and is in a BETTER position to describe the features and characteristics and normal and illness behavior of their animal, than any homeopath visit can accomplish, if they try.  It's important to remember the objectives, and they are vastly different for a vet visit and for a homeopath's needs to help an animal.

Please also remember that  homeopathy for a dog, llama, lizard, or bee, is all the same, since it is energy medicine for a nonvocal animal. What's different is the supplements, animal behavior interpretation  and metabolism-specific support items - and perhaps most important is skill in repertorizing.

I agree your suggested qualifications for a veterinary homeopath, and the one I suggested (not in CO) has them, but those are rare to find. Be sure your priorities are right as to whether quality or locality is more relevant for the dogs.
