fi: Domain names with Nordic characters popular (news
release)
In Finland, according to the Ministry of
Communications, a total of 1,500 new .fi-domain names

WSIS: USA f=FCr einen Gipfel ohne Folgen
Eine gemeinsame Antwort auf die Zukunft der
Netzverwaltung hat gestern in Genf der pakistanische
Botschafter Masood Khan gefordert. Khan muss bei der
Mitte des Monats in Genf startenden letzten
Vorbereitungskonferenz zum Weltgipfel der
Informationsgesellschaft (WSIS Prepcom) den
internationalen Kompromiss zur Struktur der k=FCnftigen
Aufsicht =FCber die ICANN und zu einem m=F6glichen neuen
Forum f=FCr internationale Netzpolitik schmieden. "Ohne
Ergebnis in der Frage Netzverwaltung haben wir kein
zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis f=FCr den gesamten Gipfel",
