After looking into this a bit more, the ‘Duane’ Nigel referred to may be Duane Stone.  His name came up in some Internet Monthly Reports and namedroppers email. [1] [2] Also, he (or someone else who received email sent to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>) may have received the request made by Joshua Quittner of Wired to register mcdonalds.com <http://mcdonalds.com/>. [3]
