FYI - Peter, aka PGN has passed away. Very sad day indeed for many of us. Peter was a gentleman and a scholar. His RISKS-L Forum was widely regarded as a high‑signal, expert‑driven, and influential mailing list within the early Internet community, valued for its rigorous analysis of computer‑related risks and its role in shaping professional norms around safety, reliability, and responsible system design. This was all due to PGN's rigorous moderation. Many will miss him. Heartfelt condolences to his family. Olivier -------- Forwarded Message -------- Subject: [ NNSquad ] Peter G.
