Hi, I'm Kay Savetz, I'm the curator of the Internet Archive's Digital
Library of Amateur Radio and Communications. Coming late to this
conversation. DLARC is a free online ham radio library. It's a project of
Internet Archive, the not-for-profit online library best known for The
Wayback Machine. It is growing to be an unparalleled library of the past
and present of ham radio. You can see what we have so far at
https://archive.org/details/dlarc

So regarding the Packet Radio Temporary Notes collection. (
https://archive.org/details/packet-radio-temporary-notes?sort=date ) I've
worked hard to find as many of these documents as possible, but there are
still plenty that are missing from the collection. The list is at
https://archive.org/details/dlarc-wantlist — but to summarize we need a
smattering prior to note #177, and and pretty much every PRTN from #180
(Cross-Radio Debugger by Michael Beeler dated 1976-06-01) through #326
(User's Guide for Data Reduction and Analysis by DesMarais dated
1983-11-01)... if you have any of them, please let me know.

The DLARC collection does have hundreds of other documents about packet
radio (https://archive.org/details/packet-radio) including some amazing
correspondence saved by Hank Magnuski KA6M. (
