First, let me add my thanks for a great week on search engine savvy. I
learned much, and It's great content like this that attracts and retains a
phenomenal group of people to this list.

Speaking of content, for some time I've been keeping an eye on a new RSS
news feed spec called Atom. CNET News just posted another story on it,
given that Google's Blogger division has just dropped RSS support and is
exclusively supporting Atom in its new blogging software. Seeing as a fair
number of list members are also bloggers, I decided to comment on these
developments and describe in plain English why this is important.

If you're interested, the post is entitled "The Great RSS vs. Atom Content
Syndication Debate" and is now available online at LawTech Guru, at:

I hope you find it useful, and I'm curious to hear what other bloggers are
doing in this regard.

Jeff
