There's a new law blog that Tom Mighell pointed me to, All Rise which can be found at: http://allrise.typepad.com/ Apparently, the author doesn't want his identity revealed, but I added his blog to my bloglines account and discovered that his name, not visible on the All Rise blog itself, was disclosed when it was picked up by Bloglines.
