RE: Re: Flash and Medical Histories

That's exactly what I've determined to do.  Yesterday, I 
ordered 150 credit card CD's, labels, and a "stamper" 
and downloaded label software.

Query:  What should I put on the CD?  My thoughts (so 
far) are as follows:

1.  Table of Contents

2.  Power of Attorney effective upon disability;

3.  Living will (called an advance medical directive in 
Maryland);

4.  A list of emergency contacts (my wife, brother, aunt, 
college age son, etc.)

5.  A photocopy of my insurance card.

6.  My EKG;

7.  My medical records from my internist (who has been 
my internist for over 25 years).

8.  A list of all prescription and non-prescription drugs, 
including vitamins, that I take regularly.

What else?
