I've been posting less often than usual, partly because I've been
volunteering a lot of time to set up a team blog for the "Interagency Ethics
Council," a group of lawyers who work on issues related to ethical
infractions by federal employees. It's presently at http://iec.typepad.com,
and will be accessible at http://www.iecjournal.org as soon as I figure out
how the domain name registrar GoDaddy.com & TypePad mesh on "domain
mapping."

sites)

(Summarizes the reaction to my article "Blogs as a Disruptive Technology"
("a gem"; "a 'must read' for every attorney. EVERY attorney.") & explains
how to get a copy, despite the ABA's restrictive new policy on access to its
archives).
I've learned a lot while setting up the Interagency Ethics Council team blog
and will be passing the knowledge along through posts at
http://www.netlawblog.com & here, as I have time.
