Need to increase the security on http://network-lawyers.org

Its sad but the Wiki is being defaced.

While it is the nature of Wiki's that contributions are added, I
suggest that some of the present Wiki options be turned off,
especially the ability to add comments by email.

There is no hardship in having to visit a page to add a comment...

My Wiki of choice, OpenWiki (http://www.openwiki.com) has the same
problem.

I am promoting a branch to the OpenWiki code that will include
security options.

All these hassles are not normally an issue when a Wiki is used
internally, ie behind a firewall.
