RE: Medical Records CD

This is admittedly nonresponsive to your question, but have you considered a
service like <http://www.docubank.com/>? Some professional organization I
belong to - I've forgotten which one - was offering access to their service
at a discount above the attorney discount. I'm not deeply impressed with the
necessity for this sort of thing, or with consumer demand for it, but maybe
I'm not paying attention well enough.

I am skeptical that emergency medical staff will bother trying to read a CD
in hopes that it will have helpful information.
