I think the new comment feature at MT 3.0 works pretty well. Provides clean
backend listing comments that have not been approved and those that have.
After approving comment you may then allow comments to flow through from
that person without first approving.

Jerry's right about this one. Links to one's site is the preferred method of
achieving high listings in search engine results. Link's count as a vote
that your site is popular - the more votes, the higher the site in search
engine results. However, votes from sites carry a lot more weight - votes
from sites with a high Google ranking.  Most lawyer sites will have a
ranking of 0 out of 10, Jerry's blog site has a 5 out of 10, so sites want
to get links from his site.

Jerry got that high ranking because Google's algorithms have determined his
site is highly relevant - he updates it regularly, the information is
helpful as opposed to about himself and their are links to his site from
other sites with good Google rankings.
