In case anybody is curious why I automatically use a snipurl only for
items links from the Temple Net-Gold or Temple-Gold Listserv archives,
this in not because the URLs are too long, but rather one of those neat
computer quirks we all learn to love so much.  Listserv archives, not just
the Temple Net-Gold one, tend to bounce messages as errors that have a URL
from that listserv in the text or body of the message.  One would think
computers had better things to do with their time, but with computers we
all tend to learn sooner or later, "When in Rome....."

In the contents page cited above from GPSOLO, the concept of General
Practice may be a bit ambiguous.  Are we speaking of General Practice in a
law firm or the practice of being a General on the battlefield?
