Why supply just forms and legal consultancy. In the unregulated web environment, it would be possible to establish a full fledged legal regime for the resolution of disputes via on-line negotiation, mediation and arbitration. The parties. their representatives (lawyers or non-lawyer consultants and representatives in the unregulated world wide web) as well as the neutrals, mediators and arbitrators, can be located anywhere in the world. Hello Folks, As a solo practitioner full time divorce and civil mediator, I have to tell you, I have been doing this for a very long time. Not in the manner you are describing, but more in the manner of utilizing the internet to especially "compress time." Not only do I mediate on the internet, but especially good is the use of the internet for divorce mediation with parties who have Restraining Orders in place. I would suggest, that the legal community wake up to the full force and presence of the internet, or they will go the way of the "whip and buggy" manufacturers. The internet is now a huge global marketplace. The legal profession can complain all they want, but it will not stop smart providers from using the internet effectively and profitably, further eroding legal profitability. Further, I would suggest that the legal profession has done this to themselves. As a non-attorney mediator, virtually ALL of my clients are Attorney Averse.
