This was on the main page about Jot.com Google's new acquisition at
http://www.jot.com were
they are still saying:

We've closed off new account registrations while we focus on migrating to
Google's systems.
If you'd like to be notified when we re-open registration, enter your email
address below.

I also checked http://inetgroup.jot.com

which is available as a demo wiki to take the JotSpot wiki product for a
test drive.
