I have just started using the interlibrary loan.   I did not know how to go
about doing it and my librarian sent me explicit directions.  I still had a
problem and we worked together to find out what it was that would not let me
enter World Cat.  It was a simple problem.  It was my firewall.  I had to
turn it of to get in to World Cat.  Turn it back on when finished.  My
librarian was great in keeping in touch with me and helping me as she did.
What would the world do without libraries and librarians?
