I personally don't think it is silly raving. I consider it pure happiness. There is a man on another list just like you. He has had this book that he felt that he was meant to write just as you feel. Congratulations and I am happy for you that you finally wrote the book that you knew you were meant to write. Rave all you want. You deserve it. I am glad, too, that you found the voice that you needed. I do hope that you sell lots of books and once again, be happy. Not many people get to feel as you do now. Well, today it came in the mail -- my first actual copy of St. Martin's edition of my novel "What's Wrong With Dorfman?" seven long years in the making. I'm not sure why, but I'm totally thrilled. Even though I've had 5 books published and 2 movies made, for some reason this feels a lot different. I think it's because it's the one book I've always wanted to write since I was a kid, but could never quite find the right voice or tone for. I can't even remember how many false starts I've been through with this one, until I finally got it right. Does that make any sense? Anyway, don't mean to take up too much of your time with my silly ravings, just had to share the joy with people who understand. Best, JohnB. Yahoo! Groups Sponsor ADVERTISEMENT Your use of Yahoo!
