Due to a mailer configuration change at UNC, we discovered that
yesterday's weekly newsletter was silently deleted and never sent.

This is due to the UNC postmasters deciding to block any
message with a particular word, which happens to be part
of about 1/2 of our filenames. I will not utter the word
here, but it starts with the last letter of the alphabet.
Evidently, the postmasters were seeking to block messages
containing virus attachments.

We are seeking a workaround, and may need to send out an
edited newsletter with the offending word transposed.

Meanwhile, the newsletter is online and available here:
	http://gutenberg.net/newsletter/index.php
(under the "Latest newsletters" heading).

We apologize for this delay, and hope to get the newsletter
to you soon!
