Fwd: [ibiblio-announce] Data restore progress

Restorations are ongoing.  The Gutenberg collection is about
1/2 back.  Extracting from when this started, we might have
another two days until all data are back.

Just a quick status update:

- The Linux archive (/pub/Linux) is fully restored.
- /public/private is restored.
- /public/ftp is about 60 GB complete.

Data is being integrated periodically with root ownership.  This allows
public access but prevents changes.  When the restore is complete,
ownership and permissions will be corrected.

However, there are a few directories that seem to have correct
ownership.  If you do have content in /public/ftp, please don't change
anything or your changes may be overwritten.
