I have verbal permission from a copyright holder to donate a book to PG.
The fellow likes to keep a "low profile". If I can get the permission
=66rom him in writing, can PG keep the document and the fellows personal
information confidential, except in case of court involvement?

In a possibly unrelated, hypothetical scenario, would PG accept a book
that was free as an etext, but still under copyright, and the copyright
holder wanted to retain print rights?
