i stand by my post, which most certainly did not "sully" michael's 
memory.

the archives are available -- and i can furnish people the months that 
are
missing from the "official" site -- if anybody wants to refresh 
themselves
on michael's positions, since many people here seem to have forgotten.

and greg, i could fisk every one of your paragraphs, but quite honestly,
if you wanted to have a discussion, i've been here for a full decade now
-- when, for the most part, almost all of that time, you ignored this 
list --
so by this time, as i noted recently, i -- like many others -- just 
don't care.
i used to care, but it's exhausting to bang your head against a brick 
wall.

i made my point. i don't care to engage any further in this particular 
dialog.
