Re: Quality at PG

Neither of those links are actually the British version - you can see an
explanation of some of the differences at
http://www.cesnur.org/2003/dracula/I.htm.  And the one claiming to be the
1897 edition seems to be based on a prior Gutenberg edition that had the
same erroneous claim.

I've got an Elibron Classics facsimile of the sixth edition, and an
annotated version (by Leonard Wolf) where the text is from a facsimile of
the second edition, but that Constable facsimile looks considerably better
than either.  I'm thinking I'll pick it up and try to get it scanned by one
of the book scanning services - does anyone have any experience with
those?  Right now overnight-scanning.eu looks the most interesting, though
I'd have to see if they could ship to the US.
