Is ibiblio still doing maint?

I'm trying to access the ftp.ibiblio.org ftp server and nothing is showing
on the server. no directories at all and rsync isn't working, either.  I
know on the main PG page it says ibiblio is doing maint work  from the 23rd
to the 26th but it's the 29th now and nothing seems to be working.
