There seems to be the different ways to deliver ebooks to customers:

1.email the customer the ebook as a pdf

2. have the customer go to a page on your own web site (send the link
to the customer by email at order confirmation) where there is a link
to the ebook and allow him to save the ebook on his own computer

3. have the customer go to a page on your own web site (send the link
to the customer by email at order confirmation) where there is a link
to the ebook and allow him to print the ebook only

4. work through some third party source

I'm wondering which way is best.

Also, what are some example copyright notices that you put in your ebooks?
