Fair enough, though I think that the whole press that this thing is
getting and the new readers who will be introduced to electronic books
will be good for the industry as a whole whether we sell through Amazon
or not.  

Considering all the hoops you have to jump through, the charges that
they take and the fact that years ago I used to sell CDs of ebooks
through them, CDs that got reviewed, but apparently NEVER sold; I won't
be putting my books through them, even though I do have all my books
through mobipocket, whom they now own.
