Amazon is providing free wireless connections to Kindle owners. It's
perfectly legitimate for them to have their suppliers subsidize that.
Additionally, they are providing the suppliers with all the marketing
weight Amazon offers. Again, there's nothing wrong with requiring they
pay a fee for that.

What I don't get, I don't miss. Paying an extra 15% for the potential
the Kindle offers is money well spent, as far as I'm concerned. Others
may differ, and that's fine.
