Ummm, Brenna... I think Ed was being sort of tongue-in-cheek with the comment, and 
besides, he said that evading sales is LEGAL, not illegal.  So he was not accusing anyone of 
impropriety, merely questioning the business decision.  (At least, that's how I read his 
posting.)
