How to get company to stop selling my books without permission

Can someone tell me how to get the company I originally had for my
books, 1st Books/Authorhouse, to stop selling my books? It seems they
have a new tactic in that all these "sellers" are selling on Amazon
as well as online. I find them when I search for my titles or my
name. My books have continued to appear on Amazon, and are now
appearing with my re-edited and now republished versions of Ebooks.
Some of these sellers say they have ten, or five, or twenty, or
whatever number, available, and at various prices. Some prices are
just outrageous!
Nobody can tell me that Authorhouse printed my books in such numbers.
So what is going on? Are these companies offering peoples books, as
inventory for anybody to sell online? I seriously doubt that there is
actual inventory.
I quit these people a long time ago... over a year, when I refused to
pay over and over for ISBN numbers that I had alread paid for at the
start.
