But that's not what's under discussion. The RWA rejected Tsaba
because their contract penalizes the author for NOT meeting normal
obligations, like providing prefaces, indexes, or illos WHEN the
agreed specs called for them.
In other words, the Tsaba folks have built in a way to salvage the
book without suing for breach of contract. That's not asking the
author to pay to get published, it's asking the author to produce the
WHOLE ms, not just part of it.
