Keep in mind that I did specify US-Based infringers....  Most of the 
infringing comes from outside the US, and always did, as we're merely 
300 million out of 6 billion folks.  I'd have to do some real research 
to answer your question properly, which I may do later this year for a 
piece I'm working on.
