Actually, the last 15 -20 years have seen a lot more reissuing of pulp
fiction.  Not to mention the online stuff.  The Gutenberg Project is 
bringing back a lot of old stuff.

Bill Thom has an online listing of recent pulp reprints in paperback 
and hardcover.
