He has extended this to stripping keywords and phrases (to make a menu) 
and content (to fill the books).  So the computer does not write the 
book but does conpile it.

I do not see how this can be considered fair use.  If I found any of 
may scientific writing scavenged in such as way I would send a cease 
and desist.  I see most of the 200,000 are on medical condistions.  
perhaps there is one on parasites that this "author" should actually 
sit down and read?
