Automating creation of eBooks in Mobipocket format

Does anyone know how to automate the creation of eBooks in the
Mobipocket format? We have built an eBook creation tool that generates
PDFs using fPDF, but we'd like to offer our eBooks in Mobipocket
format too (like Fictionwise does). 

I've looked at the documentation on the Mobipocket site and it all
points to manual creation using the Mobipocket publisher tools. We
want to convert HTML or XML directly to Mobipocket from our server. 

Does anyone have any tips or advice?
