Highest priced e-reader?

The iLiad Reader is on sale at Dymocks in Australia for $A899 ($US846) 
-- is that a record?

The page hasn't been updated since December, which suggests they're not 
getting a whole lot of interest. But they do have the chutzpah to point 
out that 'stocks are limited'!

Meanwhile I can buy a notebook PC for $A500 or an Acer EEE for $A400. I 
think that answers the question below.

You have the top of the line iLiad at $699. The Amazon Kindle at $399.99. The CyBook at $349 and the Sony Reader at $299.99 (currently on sale at Amazon for $260). 
 
The lowest priced e-reading device is currently the eBookWise for $109.99 but they seem loathe to do any marketing or promotion of that device. Still, it hits that less than $150 price mark.
