Mark and Smashword are top notch!

I wanted to publically thank Mark Coker and Smashwords for helping me 
get my children's illustrated e-book ("Good Morning, Friend Moon") 
properly formated for deployment on Smashwords. He went out of his way 
to help me trouble shoot some formating issues so the book would look 
as I intended.

With his help, it looks like it will be smooth sailing and I learned a 
thing or two in the process.

Thanks Mark. Look forward to long and happy success with Smashwords.
