This in no way challenges what you have written which is broadly 
right so far as I know, but there is one very good reason for 
printing out - though it may not be straightforward.

Some people need large size print to read.   And while that 
should be possible in a browser or reader window like a pdf, it 
seems - from my understaning - harder to achieve in dedicated 
readers.
